The Mindful Minds project aims to improve the understanding of mental health among youth workers and young people, with a special focus on lesser-known developmental difficulties such as dyspraxia. The project promotes mental health literacy and provides practical tools that can be used in everyday youth work.

As part of the project, we organized a training for youth workers in Niš, where participants had the opportunity to explore topics related to mental health, emotional literacy, inclusion, and dyspraxia. Through non-formal education methods, practical exercises, and group discussions, youth workers gained knowledge and concrete tools that can help them better support young people in their communities.
After the training, participants also implemented local events and activities, sharing the knowledge and methods they learned during the project and raising awareness about mental health among young people and the wider community.
